Our nurses are available for telephone advice on all health matters free of charge to registered patients.  However if your request is complex you may be asked to book in for an appointment with a clinician.

Telephone consultations with your doctor may also be charged at the discretion of the consulting doctor.

It may be more appropriate to consult your doctor in the surgery where facilities and equipment are readily available.

On many occasions telephone consultations make assessment by the doctor very difficult and are not considered good medical practice.
