Dr Jim Lello

has been practicing in Family Medicine since 1988. He attended both Auckland and Otago Universities completing medical degrees in 1986 He completed postgraduate training in community paediatrics in 1990. He had postgraduate research training at Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore and has practiced clinical medicine in Australia, Vanuatu and New Zealand. Dr Cassandra Granek

Cassie Granek is originally from Melbourne. She completed her medical studies there in 2005. Since graduating, she has worked in Melbourne, outback Australia, East Timor and New Zealand. For the last four years Auckland has been her adopted home. In her spare time, she enjoys all the outdoor activities NZ has to offer.

Dr Vikram Jayaprakash

Dr Jayaprakash has recently started at Marsden Medical. Vikram (VJ), a British graduate, gained his Bachelor of Medicine from the University of Southhampton in 1998. After starting physician training in the UK and gaining his MRCP in 2002 He has worked in Auckland for the past four years, and is focussed on attaining fellowship within the Royal NZ College of General Practitioners.  He has a sound experience in internal medicine and emergency medicine and is refining his skills in Family Practice.

He is married and has one 4 year old son

Dr Deborah Quilter

Deborah has a wide experience in General Practice and we are pleased to offer her locums from time to time to maintain her medical practice. 

 

Dr Rob Maunsell

Rob is an experienced practitioner and untill recently has been in his own practice.  He is exploring the locum opportunities in Auckland at the moment

 

 

 

Nursing Staff

 Mei-Ling Tsai RGON:

Mei-Ling is an experienced Taiwanese and NZ trained registered nurse. She has a wide range of experience in community nursing at a charge nurse level.  She has strong clinical nursing and administrative skills in general Pediatric, Obstetrics and elder care. She has training in induction and orientation of primary care nurses

 

She joined the nursing team in May 2008.   She has one teenage son.

Monique Pearce RN.

Monique joined the nursing team in May 2010. She obtained her Bachelor of Nursing in Auckland (MIT) after working as a medical laboratory technician at Middlemore Hospital. She is competent as a venepuncturist and is a registered smear taker.  She is married with two school aged children.

Reception and office management staff

Mrs Lian Tjoe Choe :

Tjoe began as office administrator/reception in May 2008.  Born in Indonesia and in NZ for her secondary school education and University training at Otago University she qualified and practiced as a dentist before devoting herself fulltime to her family.  She is active with voluntary community work  and assists with her husband's business. 

Paula Rogers:

Paula has been involved with medical receptionist and administration in the public and private sector in New Zealand and Britain for many years. She has a huge experience in the NHS. She has rapidly adapted to the practice routines and we welcomed her to the practice in October 2011.

 

Mrs Anna Laurenson:

Anna is our accounts and payroll manager.
