Prescriptions may be provided without consultation at the Doctor's discretion. Please phone and discuss with the practice nurse.  It is important to have a face to face review or physical examination with your doctor on renewal of prescriptions on a regular basis in some
instances.

We are able to fax prescriptions direct to a pharmacy at extra cost. We would appreciate that prescriptions are requested before 2pm
daily and that they are made before regular medications run out. We also ask that you know your medications and request that you list the medications that you require at any one time when you phone in.

Payment for faxed prescriptions is $20.00 (payment for these would be appreciated at the time of your request)

and $15.00 if they are picked up at the surgery.
