for a man aged 50-64 years
You will be asked about a personal or family
history of heart disease or stroke,
cancer, thyroid disease, diabetes, glaucoma, high cholesterol, osteoporosis,
and other important medical conditions.
Periodic Health Checks for Men aged 50-64yrs

Every 10 years
Annually

| Colon and rectal cancer |
Discuss with your doctor the limitations and benefits of annual
stool blood test and flexible Screening sigmoidoscopy and colonoscopy. |
| Prostate cancer |
Discuss with your doctor the limitations and benefits of screening
PSA and digital rectal exam. |
| Testicular examination |
Age 50 and older : As part of routine exam |
| Diabetes Screening |
Every 3 years or as per individual risk |
| Eye Exam |
Over age 40: Every 2-4 years |
