Patients are seen by appointment every 15 minutes. If more time is required to cover more than one or two problems
or to include another family member, please make it known at the time of making the appointment. Others
who have booked appointments will not then be kept waiting. Consultations taking longer than the allocated
15 minutes may be charged more. It is possible to cover one or two medical problems adequately during the
15 minutes allocation time. It may be more prudent to have separate appointment times rather that try to
cover all medical problems in the one consultation time. If you consider your medical problem is complex
please allow time for yourself and book an extended consultation accordingly.
