Adults

Adults unregistered with practice ("standard unregistered fee") $70

Adults unregistered but with CSC $45

18-24 yrs             $45

25-44yrs               $55

65 yrs or over        $45

Children and Young Persons

School child/young person 6-17 yrs registered and enrolled with practice $40

School child/ young persion 6-17 yrs not registered and enrolled $55

Child under 6yrs enrolled with practice                              $25

Child under 6 yrs not registered or enrolled with practice $45

These fees are guidelines only - extended (beyond 15 min) consultations will be charged extra

"registered with practice" means enroled with Marsden Medical and funding accepted by PHO

Payment is appreciated at the time of service: we accept cheque, cash or EFTPOS card

Accidents (ACC related)

All initial accident related consultations:

Adults and children $35

All ACC reviews and follow up appts $25 + dressing costs

Follow up ACC change of dressings by nurses:
$10 + dressing costs

Misc.

Diving Medical $120
Immigration Medical $185 (two 30min consultations)
Travel Medical advice Standard Consultation Fee (extended consultation fee may apply depending on complexity or time taken)
Minor surgical procedure; (skin biopsy, minor cosmetic surgery) - dependent on procedure and time taken

Smears (medical staff)
Std smear std consult + $10.45 (disposable equipment used)

Smear + breast examination= smear cost + $15

Prescriptions Phone requests for repeat prescriptions collected from the surgery $20

Phone requests for repeat prescriptions faxed to a nominated chemist $25

Referrals
Referral letters not done at the time of consultation may incur a fee - this is at the doctors discretion
